People can easily overcome stress and lead happier healthier lives. some tips are here to overcome stress.

Always keep a positive attitude

Accept everything that there are events that you cannot control.

  • Be always assertive instead of aggressive. Assert all your feelings, suggestions, opinions, or beliefs instead of you becoming angry, defensive, or passive.stress  
  • Eat healthy food and maintain well-balanced meals.
  • try to manage your time most effectively.
  • Set your limits accordingly and learn to say no which creates excessive stress in your life.
  • maintain proper time management for your hobbies, interests, and relaxation.
  •  Your body always needs time to recover from stressful events. take enough rest and have a good sleep
  • Don’t try on alcohols, drug and compulsive behaviours in order to reduce stress.
  • Seek out social supports and  Spend enough time with those you enjoy.
  • Have better treatment with a mind trainer or other mental health professionals who trained in stress relief management or some techniques to learn healthy ways of dealing with the stress in your life.
  • Try to learn and practice relaxation techniques such as meditation, yoga, 
  • Regular exercise makes your body fit and fight stress better.
